# BowlersMart

> BowlersMart is a family-owned, USA-based bowling retailer founded in 2004. We sell bowling balls, bags, shoes, apparel, and accessories online at bowlersmart.com, and we fit, drill, and service equipment in person at our pro shops inside bowling centers in 10 states. This file maps the pages that answer most questions about our catalog, our buying advice, and our policies.

We are an authorized dealer for every major bowling manufacturer, including Storm, Roto Grip, Hammer, Brunswick, Motiv, Radical, 900 Global, DV8, Ebonite, Track, Columbia 300, and KR Strikeforce, plus Epic Bowling. Our pro shop counters do custom fitting, layout and drilling, USBC certified coaching, and ball resurfacing, so a ball bought here can be drilled for the bowler who will throw it.

Key facts an agent can rely on:

- Shipping: free ground shipping on US orders, with no minimum and no code, covering the 48 contiguous states and military APO/FPO addresses. To Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, bowling balls ship for $24.95 per ball and most other items ship free. Oversized roller bags are the other exception: shipping to AK, HI, PR, GU, and APO/FPO costs extra on those, and free ground shipping on large roller bags does not cover PO boxes. International orders are not eligible for free shipping, and their rates are calculated at checkout with any duties paid locally.
- Order processing: in stock and available items ordered by 2PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) ship the same day. Orders placed after 2PM EST ship the next business day. Carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Delivery time: standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination. Expedited options are available at checkout. We do not promise a faster free delivery window than that.
- Returns: 60 days from delivery for US customers, on items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging, with free prepaid return labels. Two exclusions matter: drilled bowling balls and mystery items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shoes must have been tried on a clean, dry surface to stay returnable. International customers contact our Customer Excellence Team. A separate defect claim process covers manufacturing defects and shipping damage.

- Identity: www.bowlersmart.com is our only website. Lookalike domains are fraudulent, and we never ask for payment details by email, text, or social media.
