Shipping Methods & Coverage

Ground Shipping is ALWAYS free in the 48 USA (Also Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO / FPO addresses), For all non roller bags, no matter how many items you order, no matter the weight, no matter the distance, it is free. We use USPS Priority Mail and Parcel Post, UPS and FedEx as our methods of shipping.

SHIPPING TO GU, AK, HI, PR APO and FPO’s:

We do ship to military personnel via the United States Post Office

Shipping to GU, AK, HI, PR APO and FPO are additional for oversized roller bags and depends on the item.

*PO Boxes are not covered for large roller bags in the free ground shipping. Free ground shipping for large oversized items only ships UPS or FedEx.*

Some oversized items may have additional shipping charges to certain locations.

BowlersMart offers optional BowlersMart Order Shield in your cart at checkout. This service is entirely voluntary โ€” you can add or remove it before completing your order.

It does not replace, modify, or override the shipping carrier’s own liability policies. If you choose not to add BowlersMart Order Shield, you may still file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) under their standard liability coverage for lost or damaged packages.

Why Add BowlersMart Order Shield?

BowlersMart Order Shield is more than basic coverage โ€” it’s a complete package care program handled entirely by BowlersMart’s team. Standard carrier liability (the free coverage included with every shipment from USPS, UPS, and FedEx) has significant limitations that most customers don’t realize. Here’s what BowlersMart Order Shield provides that standard carrier coverage does not:

Your entire order is protected up to the full merchandise value. Standard carrier liability is typically capped at $100 per package โ€” meaning if you ordered a ball, bag, shoes, and accessories in one shipment, carrier coverage falls far short. BowlersMart Order Shield covers everything.

โœ“ Priority Replacement Shipping

If your claim is approved, your replacement ships via the fastest available method at no additional cost to you. No waiting for standard shipping timelines on your replacement order โ€” we get your gear to you as quickly as possible.

โœ“ Price Lock Guarantee

If your item needs to be replaced and the price has increased or the product has been discontinued, we honor your original purchase price or provide equivalent value. Carrier liability only reimburses a declared value โ€” they don’t help you actually get the product again at the price you paid.

โœ“ Internal Damage Coverage

Bowling equipment can sustain internal damage from rough handling during transit that isn’t visible on the outside โ€” a bowling ball’s core can crack or shift even when the cover stock looks fine. If you notice unexpected performance issues within 7 days of delivery, contact us with a description of the issue. Standard carrier liability would never cover this because there is no visible external damage to the box or ball.

You deal directly with BowlersMart’s support team for everything. No filing separate claims with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. No carrier claim numbers, no phone trees, no waiting on hold with an automated system. One email to us and we handle the rest โ€” working with people who understand bowling equipment, not a carrier’s general claims department.

โœ“ Fast Resolution (3โ€“7 Business Days)

Carrier claims typically take 8โ€“30+ days to resolve and require you to prove the carrier was at fault. We don’t require fault determination โ€” if there’s a qualifying issue, we resolve it. For a bowler who needs their gear for league night, that time difference matters.

โœ“ Photo-Only Documentation

For damage claims, we only require photos of the item and packaging. You do not need to retain original packaging for inspection, bring it to a carrier facility, or schedule a pickup. Snap a few photos, email us, done. Carriers typically require you to keep the original packaging and may require a physical inspection before processing your claim.

โœ“ Delivered But Not Received Coverage

Carrier liability ends at delivery confirmation. Once the tracking shows “delivered,” USPS, UPS, and FedEx consider their job complete โ€” even if the package was stolen from your porch or delivered to the wrong location. BowlersMart Order Shield covers packages marked as delivered but not received (subject to verification).

BowlersMart Order Shield is available at the following rates:

Orders $0 โ€“ $99.99: $0.98

Orders $100 โ€“ $199.99: $3.98

Orders $200 โ€“ $299.99: $7.98

Orders $300+: $12.98

The BowlersMart Order Shield fee is displayed clearly in your cart and at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Refund of BowlersMart Order Shield Fee: If you did not intend to purchase BowlersMart Order Shield, you may request a refund of the BowlersMart Order Shield fee at any time prior to your order being shipped by contacting us at support@bowlersmart.com. Once the order has shipped, the BowlersMart Order Shield fee is non-refundable.

What BowlersMart Order Shield Covers

If BowlersMart Order Shield is purchased, BowlersMart will review and assist with resolution of eligible claims involving:

โœ“ Packages confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier

โœ“ Packages marked as delivered but not received (subject to verification)

โœ“ Items damaged during transit, including visible external damage

โœ“ Internal damage to bowling equipment caused by rough handling during transit that is not visible externally (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)

Approved claims may be resolved, at BowlersMart’s sole discretion, through one of the following:

โ€ข Priority-shipped replacement of the item via the fastest available shipping method at no additional cost (subject to availability)

โ€ข Store credit for the original purchase price

โ€ข Refund to the original form of payment

Resolution method will be determined based on product availability, claim history, and order circumstances. If a replacement item’s price has increased or the product has been discontinued since your original purchase, BowlersMart will honor the original purchase price or provide equivalent value (Price Lock Guarantee).

What BowlersMart Order Shield Does Not Cover

โœ— Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

โœ— Delivery delays

โœ— Packages delivered to the correct address but subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced without supporting documentation

โœ— Cosmetic product issues or manufacturing defects unrelated to shipping damage

โœ— Performance issues reported more than 7 days after delivery (for internal damage claims)

โœ— Orders forwarded, redirected, or altered by the customer after shipment

โœ— Claims submitted outside the required claim window

โœ— Fraudulent claims or abuse of the BowlersMart Order Shield program

Product defects or performance issues unrelated to shipping remain covered under BowlersMart’s standard return and warranty policies.

To submit a claim, contact BowlersMart support. We serve as your single point of contact for the entire process โ€” you do not need to file a separate claim with the shipping carrier.

Claim Window

Lost or Delivered-Not-Received Claims:
5 to 15 days after the delivery date or last carrier tracking update

Damage Claims:
5 to 15 days after the delivery date or last carrier tracking update

Internal Damage Claims:
Within 7 days of delivery date

Claims submitted outside these timeframes may not be eligible for resolution.

Required Documentation

Customers may be required to provide the following when filing a claim:

โ€ข Photos of damaged items and packaging (if applicable) โ€” photo documentation only; you do not need to retain original packaging or bring it to a carrier facility

โ€ข Carrier tracking information

โ€ข Verification of delivery address

โ€ข Description of performance issues (for internal damage claims)

Claim Review and Resolution

All claims are reviewed individually. BowlersMart reserves the right to approve or deny claims based on the information provided, request additional documentation, and limit or deny claims in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated claim activity.

Approved claims are typically resolved within 3โ€“7 business days after review is complete. If the resolution involves a replacement, the replacement will ship via the fastest available method at no additional cost (Priority Replacement Shipping).

If You Choose Not to Purchase BowlersMart Order Shield

BowlersMart Order Shield is entirely optional. If you choose not to add it to your order:

โ€ข You may still file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) under their standard liability policies for lost or damaged packages. Most carriers provide basic coverage up to $100 per package for shipments.

โ€ข BowlersMart will still process your order with the same care, packaging standards, and shipping speed. Not purchasing BowlersMart Order Shield does not affect order handling in any way.

โ€ข However, BowlersMart will not be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier if BowlersMart Order Shield was not purchased.

โ€ข Please note that standard carrier claims require you to file directly with the carrier, prove the carrier was at fault, retain original packaging for inspection, and may take several weeks to resolve. Carrier liability does not cover packages after delivery confirmation or internal damage to bowling equipment.

Geographic Availability

BowlersMart Order Shield is currently available for orders placed by customers in most U.S. states. However, BowlersMart Order Shield is not available for orders placed by customers with billing addresses in the following states:

โ€ข New York

โ€ข Oklahoma

โ€ข Utah

Customers in these states will not see the BowlersMart Order Shield option at checkout. If a shipping issue occurs, customers in these states may still file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) under their standard liability coverage.

BowlersMart reserves the right to modify the list of states where BowlersMart Order Shield is available at any time without prior notice. Geographic availability is determined by the billing address on the order.

Limitation of Liability

BowlersMart Order Shield covers only the value of the purchased merchandise as shown on the original order. It does not cover:

โ€ข Shipping fees

โ€ข Sales tax

โ€ข The BowlersMart Order Shield fee itself

โ€ข Consequential, incidental, or indirect losses of any kind

The maximum resolution under BowlersMart Order Shield is limited to the original purchase price of the merchandise on the applicable order. In no event shall BowlersMart’s total liability under this program exceed the original purchase price of the item(s) at issue.

BowlersMart Order Shield is provided on an “as is” basis. BowlersMart makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the outcome of any claim. BowlersMart expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout, monitoring tracking updates after shipment, and securing packages after delivery. BowlersMart is not responsible for packages that are successfully delivered to the address on file but later lost, stolen, or misplaced without supporting documentation.

Program Integrity

BowlersMart Order Shield is intended to provide additional customer support and peace of mind for your order. BowlersMart reserves the right to refuse BowlersMart Order Shield service to any customer, deny claims involving fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation, and modify or discontinue BowlersMart Order Shield at any time without prior notice. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This BowlersMart Order Shield policy and any disputes arising from or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the BowlersMart Order Shield program shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting BowlersMart at support@bowlersmart.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Orange County, Florida. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses related to the arbitration.

By purchasing BowlersMart Order Shield, you agree to this dispute resolution process. You further agree that any claims shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.

Severability

If any provision of this BowlersMart Order Shield policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed. The remaining provisions of this policy shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This BowlersMart Order Shield policy, together with BowlersMart’s Terms and Conditions and Return Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and BowlersMart regarding the BowlersMart Order Shield program. This policy supersedes any prior representations or communications regarding BowlersMart Order Shield.
