Storm Super Nova Bowling Ball Vs Hammer Envy | Which Ball Are You Picking?

Storm Super Nova Vs Hammer Envy | Which ball are you picking??? | The Hype | Bowlersmart

The Storm Super Nova and the Hammer Envy represent the strongest balls the each brand has to offer. These two balls are strong and shred through the heaviest of oils.

What’s going on YouTube world. I’m super excited we’re gonna bring you another storm versus Hammer release in comparisons. Two big asym bowling balls, they both just got released. Hammer envy and the Storm Supernova, so
it only makes sense to throw these balls up against each other and see what
happens.

You know I’ve already got the separate reviews but now we’re gonna mash them up. So initially I’m thinking more down Lane ball is going to be the Supernova and the hammer is going to be again a little rollier and a little smoother off the
back end of the pattern. Both again go through the pins really well they just do it a little bit differently.

So again we get them on a lane and then let you see with your eyes hey what you see but as always man. If you want to purchase a ball you want to support the channel use the links below man that’s just again best way to support the
channel.

So I’m gonna take a couple here fresh shots with the ball and then also I’m mixing in some other shots that I shot in a previous review so you’re going to get a combination, again I want to have you see them both with me on the
exact same pattern at the same time so again you’re gonna see both.
I’m gonna give you about five shots with each.

So honestly I think as the Supernova lane shines really fast but the Envy hasn’t and you know the Supernova came out of box at 2000 and the Envy came out about 1500.

I did a whole review like I typically would but now again this Envy hasn’t lane shined so I think just for again surface prep it’s a big difference but now that I got the speed controlled on both lanes you know both balls I think I see a more comparable in motion

So some of my concluding thoughts, Envy still hooks hooks plenty and even when I move left you know I’d have to trigger a little bit more with my hand and make sure you know I’m getting a 10 out every time. Just adjusting my speed speed and hand position the Supernova was a little easier to get down Lane, then again it make the corners a little bit easier but I’ve thrown both of these balls in league now and in the Supernova I definitely saw it to get really really lazy down lane, probably like the end of game one to begin the game two.  You
really start to notice it like really slow down substantially for talking about a lane that has a lot of people that are more down and in so they create a lot of carry down at your break point. So that’s something to be mindful of, these Big Blocks are really strong and you know just kind of burning up because they need a
lot of oil. So again it’s not to take anything away from this ball it’s just the matter of fact.

Sometimes again depending on your house and those characteristics it can dictate the ball motion you will need.

Both of these balls are good again if I was to get one that’s gonna be a little more you know erratic off the spot than
the supernova is it the Envy again you know we’re splitting hairs they both
hook plenty. The Supernova I still give it the nod before as far as backend goes like it looks just a hair more but yeah man that’s it until next time man we got some more fun stuff on the way.

NRG™ has become a staple in Storm’s lineup of coverstocks for nearly a decade. It’s due time for an upgrade! NeX (Nano Extreme) is Storm’s earliest reading cover to date. NeX Solid was remarkably earlier hooking than NRG on any pattern, or any surface we tested it on. Our standardized durability and longevity tests showed NeX created 11% more entry angle and 9.6% more overall hook after 50 shots compared to a fresh NRG cover. Simply put, NeX gives more midlane read than ever WITHOUT sacrificing any backend! Wow.

Hammer Envy Bowling Ball

The non-Hammer fans will have ball envy when they see this new Hammer ball out-hook and out-strike their balls. The new Hammer Envy was designed to be the strongest Hammer ball ever created. We started with the new asymmetric “Launcher” core that is packed with impressive features. The Launcher core has both a flip block and our exclusive radial disc technology; these components move mass away from the center, creating an increased imbalance for a stronger reaction throughout the lane. For the cover, we went with the ultra-aggressive Envy Solid cover, found initially on the Obsession and ensuring plenty of hook in oil. Don’t have ball envy… add the new Hammer Envy to your arsenal.
