Roto Grip Attention Star Comparison To Storm Virtual Energy Blackout!
Roto Grip Attention Star Bowling Ball
Ordinary? Far from it. Revolutionary? Absofrigginlutely right it is. Not only are we presenting you with the most advanced core technology since the invention of sliced bread, but we also decided what the heck, why not just mix in an inner block design never before released domestically. Yeah, you read that correctly, prior to this out of this world concoction from our R&D lab, the original Momentous™ Core was exclusive to our international market. But after countless seconds, minutes, hours, days and weeks of computer research and testing, we figured out that density changes to this particular block and slug when placed in A.I. Core technology provided us with a motion we hadn’t seen before. And after multiple on lane tests, it was a quick and easy decision that we just had to wrap this baby with the time tested and proven eTrax™ PLUS Pearl Reactive coverstock to give us an overall reaction unlike anything offered on earth today.
MOMENTOUS™ AV + A.I. CORE TECHNOLOGY
In our search to develop a dominating and unique ball motion, our R&D team spent endless hours evaluating computer generated stats based on various asymmetrical block shapes modeled at different densities inside the A.I. Core. It was quite clear during this process that the altered variant of the Momentous block (which has never been used in the domestic market), provided us the unique ball motion we were seeking. Bottom line, this combination of block density and slug density inside the A.I. Core takes energy dispersion through the pins to another galaxy.
ETRAX™ PLUS PEARL COVERSTOCK
Over the past couple years, we have used different ratios and recipes when dialing in our various coverstocks. However, sometimes a new recipe or modification just isn’t needed. Sometimes, what was ideal in the past, plugs right into the equation to provide the reaction and responsiveness needed. Such is the case this go round on our eTrax PLUS Pearl reactive coverstock. This version is the exact same recipe we used on the RST X-2 which provides plenty of push through the front of the lane while providing plenty of footprint and responsiveness to friction down lane. No really, you don’t have to thank us now, you can thank us later.

Storm Virtual Energy Blackout Bowling Ball
The Virtual Energy Blackout builds on an already concrete foundation created by the Shape-Lock HD Core. But now, and sleeker than ever, the Blackout has taken the reigns with a tour-inspired 1-tone design. The shape you didn’t know you needed until it was gone is back!
DEFINED ENERGY
This shape can power through just about anything. “HD” is short for high density, which lowers the RG and raises the differential of the weight block. A higher differential translates to more flare potential, so every time the ball makes a rotation it exposes a fresh portion of coverstock material to the oil.
BREAKTHROUGH BEGINS
Traditionally, the term “hybrid” suggests that both solid and pearl components coexist within a coverstock. We saw a better way for hybrids and took it. When we joined R2S™ with NeX™ in the lab, the results exceeded our expectations. In our testing, we discovered that the NeX foundation produced a similar backend and entry angle numbers because the chemical porosity of R2S is slightly more compact than NeX. We left nothing to chance with this one. Thus, ReX a.k.a. “Reactor Extreme” was born.
