Job brief description:

As a store manager you will be the face of BowlersMart in your local area/center. You will handle the flow of work through the store and ensure that all guests needs are accurately handled and products/services delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Store Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving customers by greeting, welcoming, directing them to the items/services they are looking for to reach their goals.
  • Answering, handling and responding to questions over the phone, in person, and on social media.
  • Receiving and sorting incoming inventory shipments and entering them into the POS
  • Daily ordering of items needed for customers and replenishing inventory
  • Measuring and fitting hands, quality workmanship in ball drilling and plug work to meet company standards
  • Going above and beyond to make the customers experience amazing
  • Professional appearance

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of Bowlersmart.com, providing outstanding support to our customers through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. You’ll help bowling enthusiasts select the right products, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience that keeps them returning to Bowlersmart.com.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on bowling equipment based on customer needs
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our customer service processes
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and bowling industry trends
  • Assist with occasional content creation for product descriptions and guides

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience with CRM systems and order management software (training provided)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Available to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
