Columbia 300 Swerve Bowling Ball

New Reflex Coverstock

Reflex is a high traction coverstock designed to transfer greater amounts of energy directly to the core through its enhanced crosslink dense polymer.

New Swerve Core

For the Swerve core, we lowered the strength of the Mass Bias to make it more driller friendly and
allow the core to perform well for the masses.

This core yields a slightly stronger mid-lane read than the typical symmetrical shape, while maintaining the predictability symmetrical balls provide.

HyperSHOCK Technology

HyperSHOCK Technology is an energy enhancement material added to the outer core to help power the ball through the pins. This viscoelastic material works to control the influence pins have on the balls motion through the pin deck. The Swerve, with HyperSHOCK Technology, not only gets you to the pocket, but drives through the pins like no other bowling ball on the planet.

Columbia300 Swerve

I drilled one of these because I wanted to see how it would compare to the Warrior Elite and the Paradox. This ball gets down the lane longer than the other two and makes a very impressive move when it hits the break point. The real thing that blows me away is how well it carry's. The Swerve!

Are you trying to swerve away from the competition? Then this is the ball for you! With all its new cover/core this ball is a beast! I'm a high rev rate lefty and this is my now go to ball it allows me to be more versatile than ever before. I used a layout of 55x4.25x40. If you want to swerve away from splits and pack in the strikes this is the ball for you!

Game Changing Technology = Better Pin Carry!

I drilled my Swerve pin over bridge and Mass Bias under the Thumb. I was looking for a controllable strong rolling ball to combat a variety of conditions and have been amazed by the Swerve. I love the reaction and strong yet smooth roll of it and how it reads the lane. The thing that caught my eye the most was the difference in sound and pin action as the ball went through the pins. the new Hypershock technology that Columbia has developed may be a true game changer. My carry percentage on 50/50 hits (I like to use this term for light swisher hits that carry about half the time) was amazing. I really noticed a difference in how many of those hits carried for strikes. This ball is a must have and I can't wait to see what they come up with next.
