Finished with Royal Compound, the Rude Dude skids easily through the front and midland revving hard on the backend providing a strong and continuous hook motion. The Class 7G coverstock has just the right attitude on medium to oily lane conditions.

The DV8 Rude Dude can be drilled using the standard drilling techniques developed for bowling balls with symmetric cores.

To reduce oil absorption and remove dirt from the surface of the ball, clean your ball with a cleaner designed for reactive bowling balls.

Look. We don’t screw around. DV8 bowling balls have been manufactured to the highest standards of workmanship and material. We warrant that they’ll be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. We agree to repair or replace the ball you bought if at any time during the warranty period it’s found to be defective in material or workmanship.

Rude Dude

The Rude Dude is a bomb! If you liked the original Dude you will love this ball! I drilled mine 60x4x45 with a medium to high rev rate and the motion down lane with this ball is amazing. It gets down lane cleaner than the original dude with more angular backend. I have used this ball on a house shot and several sport patterns and you can play up the boards or get in and swing it. This ball is great for anybody's game. The Dude series is my Favorite

Some background here, the original dude is my favorite ball. I love the shape the ball gives me on the lane. This ball is a stronger version of the original dude. Its about 5 boards stronger. Its a great compliment to each other. This is a league shot killer.....throw it right and watch it hook.

Big Hook for a Great Value

I drilled up the Rude Dude with a 5" pin above the ring finger, cg stacked underneath with no weight hole. Rude Dude was definitely strong in the mid-lane with a lot of friction created on any amount of oil I could find. Even though the surface is semi-glossy with a little polish on it, this ball read the lane every time for me. I actually preferred Rude Dude on heavier oil lane conditions with a little more blend to them. Getting it on the flatter or wet/dry conditions wasn't the best outcome for my style. But on the wide open house china with some oil in the front, Rude Dude is a great piece to get. And you'll always find it on the ball return...
